QUBI is an easy to use 3.5 inch interactive light cube that provides a flexible, low cost solution for managing bookable workspaces such as desks, meeting rooms and pods.
QUBI's design gives clear 360 ̊ visibility of workspace status with simple Red and Green LED’s and no complex touch screen operation to learn:
- A ‘no-show’ auto-cancellation process can automatically free up workspace for others to use
- RFID cards can be used for validated check-in, instant bookings, auto- extending reservations and for manual or automatic check-out
- Reservation ending indication helps to ensure meetings finish on time – no more overrunning meetings and wasted time for the next occupants!
- Do not disturb mode promotes privacy in open plan offices
QUBI connects to a wide range of booking systems including Office 365, Outlook/Exchange, Lotus Notes, Google Calendars and a range of other supported booking systems.
